Reiman Componentes provides interested parties, in compliance with and under the protection of Law 2/2023, with a communication channel for receiving information relating to:
Actions or omissions that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offense.
Actions or omissions that may constitute infringements of European Union law, as provided for in Article 2.1(a).
Infringements of labor law concerning occupational safety and health.
Ethic Channel
The communication channel is also available to receive information regarding any breaches of current legal regulations, as well as any questions, complaints, or suggestions related to compliance. All communications will be received and processed by the responsible body for the channel (Compliance Committee - Compliance Officer) and by the Reiman Componentes Governing Body.
If you believe that any of the people who are going to receive your complaint (Channel Responsible Body or Governing Body) is involved or implicated in the reported events, you can block communication to said body, leaving it out of the processing and investigation.

Reiman Componentes expressly prohibits acts constituting retaliation, including threats of retaliation and attempts at retaliation against persons who submit a communication in accordance with the provisions of the Law.
Maximum confidentiality and anonymity are guaranteed in the investigation processes of the information received and its treatment with objectivity, impartiality and transparency, subject to the regulations on the protection of personal data and complying with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption and Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law.
The identity of the informant will in all cases be kept confidential; it will not be communicated to the persons to whom the reported events refer or to unauthorized third parties.
When filling out the forms, you must take into account the following rules:
The information provided must be truthful.
All communications must be made in good faith.
Do not share personal data of third parties unrelated to the reported events.
Do not share personal data included in the special categories of data (health, ideology, trade union membership, religion, sexual orientation, beliefs, or racial or ethnic origin, etc., art. 9 LOPDGDD).
An informant who, in bad faith, submits a manifestly unfounded or malicious communication with the intention of causing unjustified harm, may be subject to the adoption of appropriate measures or, where appropriate, to notification to the competent authorities for the initiation of any proceedings that may be necessary.

Reports can also be made externally through external information channels to the relevant authorities and, where applicable, to the institutions, bodies, or agencies of the European Union.
These channels may include:
Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (AAI).
The relevant regional authorities or bodies.
The Public Prosecutor's Office.
The European Public Prosecutor's Office, if the facts affect the financial interests of the European Union.
State Security Forces and Corps (FFCCSE). The relevant Anti-Fraud Agency. Other competent bodies.
